Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your item(s).  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we would be happy to offer you an exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked or returned to the store within 15 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.  They must return from a pet / smoke free environment.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please stop into the store or email us at littlegiftnook@gmail.com.       If mailing the purchased item(s) back, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). After receiving a RMA number, place the item(s) securely in shipping packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item and packaging, we will process your exchange.  Please allow at least 3 business days from the date of receipt of your item to process. We will notify you when your return has been processed. If a mail in return your credit will be provided to you on a digital gift card. In-store exchanges can be made that day and time of return.  Item(s) must be of equal value.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged:

·         Seasonal merchandise

·         Clearance or sale items

·         Defective or damaged items

·         Items that we deem unsaleable (smoke smell or other damages)

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.  All items being returned must be in original packaging and come from a smoke/pet free home.  Returns are subject to approval based on condition and packaging.  You must provide an original sales receipt.
