Thank you so much for supporting our small business! When you shop with Little Gift Nook, you're not only supporting a dream — you're supporting a family.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly offer an exchange within the time frame below.

RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your purchase. All returned items must be:

  • In new and unused condition

  • With all original tags, packaging, and labels attached

  • From a smoke- and pet-free environment

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at littlegiftnook@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once approved, package your item securely with your proof of purchase and mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If you're local, you may return the item in-store for an immediate exchange.

💳 Exchanges & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Mail-in returns: A digital gift card will be issued.

  • In-store returns: You may exchange your item the same day (item must be of equal value).


🚫 Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Seasonal merchandise

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Items with odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
